This is one of the best seafood restaurants I have dined in over the past year. Everything on the menu is fresh and creatively prepared. Even the dessert was absolutely amazing. Normally Asian restaurants are not known for desserts, but if you even get to Portland, you must try Departure's Green Tea Ice Cream Sunday. The restaurant is on the top floor of the Nines Hotel and has an awesome view of the city day or night. Their creative cocktail menu is also great as is their selection of wines and sake. I have dined here four times and every visit has been totally consistent and excellent.
