Chef Gabriel Rucker took over the helm at Little Bird late 2015 and continues to keep the downtown hot spot relevant and some say even more exciting. Rucker was named 2011 Rising Star Chef and in 2013 took home Best Chef Northwest. Little Bird is a go-to for a business lunch to a celebratory dinner to a fantastic spot to get a great meal late night. The menu is classic French bistro with little surprises and twists added by Rucker. Take their charcuterie board for instance (probably the most popular dish on the menu), head cheese is deep fried and topped with roasted peppers and house honey mustard next to pig's ear chicharrones and meat stuffed deviled eggs.
