Petit Trois

Petit Trois is part of the very successful line up of restaurants by Chef Ludo Lefebvre.  This concept pays homage to his French roots using some of his grandmothers recipes (one of which are the popular escargots).  Seeing the need for a classic French cafe, Ludo opened Petit Trois.  Here you will find staples of the menu from Paris; no frills, just well executed classic bistro fare in a great setting. The restaurant open at noon, but you better arrive 30 minutes early for a seat in this 18 seat restaurant.  The bar dining faces the small, but vey impressive kitchen where you can watch the chefs in action.  Even the other seats are facing a mirror where you still have a glimpse of the kitchen.  This is a chef's dream operation!
