  • Free Form Lasagna- wild boar ragù, Arbini Farm butternut squash, Hayshaker Farm spigariello greens, roasted chestnuts, ricotta, fresh mozzarella & sage
  • Mushroom and Fontina Flatbread- exotic mushrooms, garlic, chili flake, caramelized onion, rosemary & truffle oil
  • Octopus- wood grilled octopus, olive oil poached local red chieftain potatoes, pimentón, parsley & extra virgin olive oil
  • Patatas Bravas- fingerling potatoes, saffron aioli, spicy tomato sauce & chili pepper
  • Strip Steak- adobo marinated, fire roasted fingerling potatoes, almond & caperberry salsa

  • Ask anyone in Washington wine country and they will claim Saffron is one of the best restaurants in Walla Walla and maybe even the state of Washington Chef Chris Ainsworth has been a semi-finalist in the James Beard Foundation Best Chef Northwest for six straight years. His restaurant also received Wine Enthusiast Magazine's "10 Best Wine Travel Destinations" in 2014. The Free-Form Lazagna with Wild Board Ragu was amazing and the Patatas Bravas would make Idaho Potato Commission's Don Odiorne very proud.
