Biscuit Love started as a food truck on the local Nashville farmers market scene. In three years time, husband and wife team (both graduates of Johnson and Wales) decided to open their brick and mortar in the Gulch neighborhood. They continue to offer the same staples from the food truck and hold true to the fast casual service and farm fresh ingredients that they originally built their concept around.
The restaurant is open daily from 7am-3pm; they do offer a sandwich selection but the true "meat" of the menu here is their hearty breakfast dishes such as the Southern Benny and the Princess. Another must-try dish is their creation, the Bonuts: fried biscuit dough piped with lemon mascarpone and served with blueberry compote.
