Chef Owner Dan Sriprasert set out to open a vegetarian restaurant featuring flavors from Malaysia, Japan, China, India and Thailand; many dishes here are also vegan. He strives to source as local and sustainable as possible including Portland beers, hand-mixed home-grown teas, locally roasted coffee, sodas from Maine, and an entirely organic and sustainably farmed wine list.
This establishment is open for lunch and dinner and they do not take reservations, although we convinced them to take a reservation for 15 for a Saturday lunch. The food was flavorful and the atmosphere was comfortable and casual. The bar offers beer and wine selections as well as several teas.
