  • Chef Owner Justin Cucci describes his menu as a collection of revolving Street Foods organized on the menu by the subheadings of Americas, Asia, South Asia, Africa & Middle East, and Europe.  The dishes are "small plates" designed for sharing in this casual atmosphere which in addition boasts a rooftop patio, brunch menu, and happy hour.

The ICCA Culinary Immersion group dined here their first night in Denver.  Items selected from the "Americas" section included the Popper "Breakdown" which consisted of  Shishito peppers on a bed of cheddar curds served with orange-habanero jam; the Grilled Never Ever Beef Tender with fried brussel sprouts, plantain mash, and chimichurri; and the Braised Goat Tacos with tomato, cucumber, red onion, greek yogurt, and dill.

From "Asia", we tried the Mongolian BBQ Duck Bun with scallions and miso-pickled cucumbers and from "South Asia" we selected the Pho-Real Spring Roll stuffed with 36 hour short rib, rice noodles, herbs, pickled vegetables, and Pho steak sauce and the Masala Dosa; a crispy rice and lentil crepe with masala potatoes, black mustard seeds, tamarind-date chutney and coconut-mint chutney.

Last but not least, from "Europe & Eurasia", the Watermelon Salad with pumpkin seed pesto, feta cheese, pickled shallots, and watermelon ketchup and the "Devils on Horseback" which consisted of Applewood smoked bacon Medjool dates stuffed with herbed goat cheese and served with a Sambal gastrique.
